Face book Party, facebook party, face2face, lets face it, it’s a f***kn facebook party, and it’s the talk of the town, but here’s the low-down… First off, I am not one of the organisers of the event, however, I happen to be performing amongst two prolific and downright awesome DJ’s and I consider myself to be very fortunate having this opportunity!

There are impostors out there claiming to be doing their own little Facebook party. Seriously though, if I were to quote, word for word, the emails that were coming in from these supposed “organisers”, you would personally laugh them out of town!

Let me reassure you that I know the organisers of face2face, and they have materialized this vision of theirs over months of hard work. The quality of this event to be witnessed, in about 3 weeks time, will be testament to that.

Ableton Live whiz-kid, Blastique, returns from a long hiatus here on FKL with one hell of mixset to kick start the week. And in typical fashion, the listener is assaulted right from the get go with a plethora of rocking-bass-funking-madness as the boy rips out a barrage of multi-layered tracks, stitched with a surgical precision that would make any Nip/Tuck surgeon cream his pants.
